The Three Rawness pillars
Bespoke edible landscapes for private fincas and estates on Ibiza. We design, cultivate, and steward your culinary garden 365 days a year.
A Rawness landscape does not begin with planting and end with harvest.
It begins by understanding the land, establishing the living framework and giving every element a place from which it can develop. From there, the landscape has to be continuously stewarded through seasons, growth, change and maturity. Eventually, what the land produces enters the kitchen, the table and, where appropriate, the pantry.
Root establishes the possibility. Grow keeps it alive. Taste brings it into everyday life.
And then the cycle begins again.

RAWNESS ROOT
projects
We establish the living framework.
Every Rawness landscape begins with the property itself.
Soil, water, exposure, microclimate, existing trees, architecture, access and the relationship with the kitchen determine what the land can successfully become.
Rawness Root is where that potential is read, designed and established. We create or restore the productive foundation through landscape design, living soil, water systems, permanent edible planting, productive infrastructure and the spatial architecture needed for the landscape to mature well.
Root is not about imposing a garden onto the land. It is about discovering what belongs there.

RAWNESS GROW
Stewardship
We steward the living food landscape through the seasons.
A living landscape cannot simply be installed and left behind.
It needs observation. Propagation. Succession. Planting. Pruning. Soil care. Water management. Replacement. Renewal. And the judgement to know when something should be encouraged, moved, changed or allowed to disappear.
Rawness Grow is the continuous presence that keeps the landscape productive, diverse and connected to the kitchen.
The system changes through the seasons and deepens through the years. Our role is to keep learning from the land and respond accordingly.
Grow is where a designed landscape becomes a living relationship.

RAWNESS TASTE
Pantry Goods
We extend the harvest into the pantry and later seasons.
Not every harvest ends when it leaves the plant.
Some ingredients are best eaten immediately. Others reveal another expression when dried, fermented, preserved, pressed or transformed.
Rawness Taste allows suitable seasonal abundance to continue beyond the fresh harvest through Pantry Goods rooted in a particular place, season and moment in time.
The landscape determines what becomes possible. The harvest comes first. The product follows.
Taste is where provenance becomes something you can open, pour, share and return to later.
