Our Journal

The Rawness Journal is a place to explore the deeper layers behind what we grow, observe and experience. Through original essays, field notes, conversations, interviews, studies and selected external perspectives, we look beyond the visible harvest to the ideas, systems and possibilities that shape it. Some stories begin in our own landscapes; others begin elsewhere and simply give us a reason to look again, question what has become normal, or imagine what could be possible. Together, they form an evolving editorial journey through flavour, soil, season, provenance, craft, culture and the living richness that surrounds us.

Notes from a living landscape

A place for curiosity, observation and a more abundant way of seeing the natural world.
